The Briggs Center offers low-cost immigration legal services.
Unlike some large direct service organizations, the Briggs Centers walks alongside immigrants, refugees, and newcomers in personal, detail-oriented ways to ensure their needs are met and to create community.
Our immigration services clinic provides legal consultations and representation for low-income immigrants seeking a wide range of immigration legal relief, such as:
eligible youth seeking to apply for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) and employment authorization
immigrants applying for permanent residence through a family-based application
permanent residents applying for citizenship
immigrants who are victims of domestic violence or violent crime and seek protection in the United States
victims of international human traffickingimmigrants applying for Temporary Protected Status (TPS)
We are able to serve individuals and families with incomes at or below 200% of the federal poverty line (FPL).

If you have an immigration-related matter but can not afford an attorney, you have come to the right place. Every case has its own individual nuances, facts and circumstances, and it is critical to consult with professionals qualified to answer your questions, explain your options, and provide you legal advice and recommendations.

Payment options:
The mission of the Briggs Center is to offer low-cost immigration legal services. We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, ACH deposit, and offline payment options, which will be explained during the intake process.
Note: On October 21, 2022, the Department of Homeland Security announced a designation of Ethiopia for Temporary Protected Status (TPS) for 18 months. Learn more.
